Grilled Mutton Mishkak Skewers
Ingredients:
- 500g Seasoned AUS Grass-fed Mutton Mishkak
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the seasoned mutton mishkak onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
